How do I cancel my order?

Our teams will cancel your order and then they will give you a full refund.
It is too late to ask to cancel your order when your package has already been shipped, we cannot do anything until you receive your order. We can proceed to a refund, if necessary, once you return the items back to our warehouse.

There are items missing from my order, where are they?
When you place an order that includes different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. In addition, to avoid high shipping costs we take into consideration the shipping weight, sometimes items of the same order are sent separately.
It is therefore completely normal that you receive your items individually and at different times.
Where can I find my tracking number?
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase.

My tracking number is not working.
Your tracking number does not work directly upon receipt of the email confirming shipment. It will be active within 7 working days.
Don’t worry, your order has been shipped and will be delivered to your home.
What are the delivery times?
When you place an order on your titangelzone store, it is processed by our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Then, your item will be shipped within 5 business days.
Delivery takes on average 2 to 4 weeks. In very exceptional cases (postal strike, end of year holidays,…) it can take a little longer. What happens if your package does not arrive at its destination after 8 weeks, we will ship it again or we can refund you in full. Be reassured, this only happens in 0.01% of cases.
If the delay seems long to you, don’t worry: your order is on its way to your home.
How to explain the delivery times?
In order to offer you these incredible prices but also to avoid high costs while giving you quality products, we collaborate with suppliers based abroad. Our goods are therefore also available abroad. The routing of those towards the places of destination takes obviously time.
